2026 VA Disability Rates
The 2026 rates reflect a 2.8% cost-of-living adjustment (COLA), effective December 1, 2025, and first appeared in the payment deposited December 31, 2025 (the December 2025 benefit, paid early because January 1 is a federal holiday). Rates shown are the official VA.gov veteran-alone (no dependents) monthly amounts. Monthly compensation for a veteran with no dependents:
