Sponsor: Sandboxx Inc., 4200 Wilson Blvd, Arlington, Virginia, 22203 (“Sponsor”). Sweepstakes Period: Begins 8/10/26 at 9:00 AM EDT and ends 8/12/26 at 9:00 AM EDT (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor may run this Sweepstakes on a recurring basis; each period constitutes a separate sweepstakes governed by a dated version of these Official Rules published for that period.

1. Eligibility Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. A Sandboxx account is required to enter via the Primary Entry Method described in Section 2(a) but is NOT required to enter via the Alternative Method of Entry described in Section 2(b). Establishing a Sandboxx account is free. Employees of Sandboxx, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of, or persons living in the same household as, such employees are not eligible to enter or win.

2. How to Enter No purchase necessary. There are two (2) ways to enter, and both have equal standing in the drawing: (a) Primary Entry Method — Submit App Feedback. During the Sweepstakes Period, open the Sandboxx app and submit feedback about your experience using the in-app feedback form located in the Sandboxx app via the Rate Us button. Feedback may be positive, negative, or neutral; the content, tone, or sentiment of your feedback has no effect on your eligibility, your entry, or your odds of winning. Only your first eligible feedback submission during the Sweepstakes Period will be counted as your entry; additional submissions are welcome but do not create additional entries. Sponsor’s system will record submissions and timestamps to confirm compliance with entry requirements. (b) Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE). You may also enter, without a Sandboxx account and without submitting feedback, by mailing a handwritten 3×5 card with your full name, mailing address, date of birth, email address, and telephone number to: Sandboxx App Feedback Sweepstakes Alternate Entry, 4200 Wilson Blvd, Arlington, VA 22203. Each mail-in entry must be handwritten and mailed separately in a stamped envelope, postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and received within five (5) business days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Limit: One (1) entry per person per Sweepstakes Period, regardless of entry method or number of Sandboxx accounts. A maximum of one (1) Prize may be awarded per person per Sweepstakes Period. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant who entered via the Primary Entry Method, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the Sandboxx account used to enter, meaning the natural person in whose name the account was registered.

3. Reviews on Third-Party Platforms Entry into this Sweepstakes is NOT conditioned on, and does NOT require, posting a rating or review of the Sandboxx app on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or any other third-party platform. Posting or not posting a review on any third-party platform has no effect on your entry, your eligibility, or your odds of winning. Sponsor does not offer any incentive, entry, or other thing of value in exchange for ratings or reviews on third-party platforms.

4. Disclosure; Use of Feedback; License Entrants who enter via the Primary Entry Method receive a sweepstakes entry (a chance to win) in exchange for submitting feedback through Sponsor’s in-app feedback form. This constitutes a material connection between the entrant and Sponsor. Feedback submitted through the in-app form is used by Sponsor for internal product research and improvement and is not published as a consumer review. If Sponsor elects to publish any submitted feedback publicly (for example, as a testimonial), Sponsor will clearly and conspicuously disclose that the author received a sweepstakes entry in connection with the feedback, in accordance with 16 CFR Part 465 and the FTC’s Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials.

By submitting feedback, you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and analyze the feedback for product research, development, and improvement, and, subject to the disclosure obligation above, for promotional purposes. You represent that your feedback is your own original work, does not infringe the rights of any third party, and does not contain the personal information of any other individual. Submitting feedback does not obligate Sponsor to use it or to implement any suggestion, and no compensation beyond the sweepstakes entry is owed for any use of feedback.

5. Entry Conditions Purported entries that are incomplete, submitted or received outside the Sweepstakes Period, or that contain obscene, offensive, unlawful, or infringing content (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) will be void and disqualified. Disqualification on content grounds applies only to the categories listed in the preceding sentence; feedback will never be disqualified for being critical of Sponsor, the Sandboxx app, or Sponsor’s products or services. Sponsor is not responsible for misspellings, typographical errors, lost, late, misdirected, postage-due, or illegible entries, or for technical, hardware, software, or network failures of any kind. Each entry must be manually submitted by the individual participant; automated or repetitive submissions (including entries made using any script, macro, bot, or sweepstakes entry service) will be disqualified. Normal internet access, data, and messaging charges imposed by your service provider may apply.

6. Prize 1 winner will receive one (1) 5-Letter Sandboxx bundle (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $17.99 each). Total ARV of all prizes: $17.99. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash. If the stated Prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value of the Prize will not be awarded. The Prize is delivered as a bundle credit to the winner’s Sandboxx account; a winner who entered via the Alternative Method of Entry and does not have a Sandboxx account must establish a free account to receive the Prize. Prize use is subject to Sandboxx’s standard terms of service.

7. Winner Selection and Notification Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries, regardless of entry method, on or around 8/13/26. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner(s) will be notified by email or phone using the contact information associated with their Sandboxx account or mail-in entry. If a potential winner does not respond within 72 hours of the first notification attempt, that potential winner forfeits the Prize and an alternate winner may be selected. A maximum of three (3) alternate drawings will be held per Prize, after which the Prize will remain un-awarded. Prizes will be fulfilled within approximately one (1) week after winner verification.

8. Verification, Taxes, and Winner Obligations Potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules; an entrant is not a winner until verification is complete, even if a notification message has been sent. Potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release, and (where lawful) a Publicity Release, within three (3) business days of receipt. If required documents are not timely received, or if any notification or mail intended for a winner is returned as undeliverable, the applicable Prize may be forfeited. Verified winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of the Prize; winners must provide a valid Social Security number if requested for tax reporting. All expenses associated with receipt and use of a Prize not specifically stated herein are the winner’s sole responsibility. Any claim relating to a lost, mutilated, missing, unclaimed, or stolen Prize must be received within 14 days of winning notification or will be ignored. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of Prize delivery due to circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.

9. Publicity Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a Prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor and its agents to use the winner’s first name, last initial, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media related to this Sweepstakes, without further payment or consideration. Sponsor will not publish a winner’s full name, likeness, or other personal information for promotional purposes without separate written consent.

10. Mobile Data and Messaging Charges When you participate via a mobile device, data and messaging rates may apply per your agreement with your wireless carrier. Contact your carrier for rate plan details.

11. General Conditions By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper functioning, in which case Sponsor may award prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the action requiring such cancellation, suspension, or modification. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that term or any other term.

12. Liability and Release; Limitation of Liability By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sandboxx and its respective parents, partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their directors, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (a) entrants agree that the Released Parties shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind; (b) an entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy for any claim arising out of this Sweepstakes is limited to the entrant’s actual, documented out-of-pocket costs of entering (such as postage), not to exceed ten dollars ($10); and (c) entrants waive any right to claim attorneys’ fees. Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Dispute Resolution; Governing Law; Venue All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Except where prohibited by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arlington County, Virginia, and entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Privacy Information collected from participants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available on Sponsor’s website. Information provided on mail-in AMOE entries is used solely to administer the Sweepstakes (including age and eligibility verification and winner contact) and is not used for marketing without separate consent. Feedback submitted through the Entry Action is used for internal product research as described in Section 4.

15. Severability If any term or provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such term or provision shall be severed and the remainder of these Official Rules shall continue in full force and effect.
